14-day guarantee
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or initial subscription charge. Send the purchase email and order details to the support address. We will review and issue an eligible refund to the original payment method.
Subscription renewals
The 14-day guarantee applies to the initial charge. Renewal charges are not automatically refunded by cancelling. Contact support promptly if you believe a renewal was incorrect; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Refund timing
Once an eligible refund is processed, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. We will confirm the request and its outcome by email.
How to request
Use the support page or the email shown there. Cancelling future billing is a separate request; if you want both a refund and cancellation, ask for both explicitly.
